I come here every Monday for the open Mic hosted by Kylie (if you know you know) and I have always felt safe here as a lady. Savanna is the heart and soul of the bar and all the other bartenders match her talent and charisma. Love this place!! 10/10
The BEST cocktails in town and a clean and inviting atmosphere. Jessi is a great bartender and really knows her stuff!
One of my favorite local neighborhood bars. The staff, including Stew, Savannah, JRaff (the main man), Gary and Danny and everyone else are so amazing and accommodating! When I walk in there, I feel welcomed, the bartenders know what they’re doing, it’s always a good crowd, and on the weekends, the entertainment is exceptional. All the good things you could say about a local bar describe this place, it’s where you want to be!
It's a simple small-ish absolutely charming bar. Occupancy was around 10-20 people at its most active. Bartender and DJ work very hard to provide quick and responsive service with no issues or gripes with service. There is 2 pool tables and some nice lights with a well lit stage for karaoke on Tuesdays. I highly recommend the place for people looking to hang out with friends without the hassle of very large bars and over crowding. Easily one of my favorite bars.

I've visited other bars and was impressed by the gimmick of this one in particular. The atmosphere is nice along with the live music performed occasionally. The drink selection is great with cocktails named after book characters/movie characters. I intend next time I make a trip to Lake Charles to stop by.
The atmosphere and decor are so lovely! The cocktails are delicious, especially the Jane Pear (pictured here). Vibes are immaculate. The literary theme is so cool. This is the kind of lowkey bar to enjoy a chill night with friends. It’s not rowdy like some other places, and smoke free
Lemon drop was a hit. It's fun throwing darts. I came too early in the day at 3pm, but the vibes here are great. Haven't seen anything about good here but everything seems to be pretty solid. Try the Some Spike It Hot cocktail before you order anything else.
